Johnny doesn’t just sell the Western Slope lifestyle, he lives it. When he’s not helping clients, you’ll find him exploring the San Juan Mountains, enjoying the outdoors with his family, and supporting the local community. He proudly volunteers with San Juan Mountain Adventures in Silverton, a nonprofit that provides outdoor experiences for veterans, and the Six Basins Project in Ouray, an organization dedicated to preserving the natural beauty and access to the surrounding mountain basins. Johnny’s passion for the mountains and the community he serves is reflected in the way he approaches real estate: with authenticity, local knowledge, and a commitment to helping others enjoy everything the Western Slope has to offer.

Johnny relocated to Colorado from Texas with his family and understands firsthand what it takes to move to the Western Slope. That experience gives him a unique perspective when helping other families relocate to Montrose and the surrounding San Juan Mountain communities. From understanding the local real estate market to learning the differences between urban housing and rural Colorado properties, Johnny enjoys helping clients successfully transition to life on the Western Slope.
